2025-06-11 AGM and Monthly Commission Meetings

The Chester Village Commission is holding their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 11th at 6:30 pm, followed by the regular Monthly Meeting at approximately 7:00 pm. 

Items of interest to the public at the AGM include the presentation of the 2024/25 Audit Report and Financial Statements, the approved 2025/26 Village Budget, and department reports summarizing Village activities in 2024/25. The AGM agenda(178 KB) and agenda package(1.63 MB) are available.

Items of interest to the public at the Monthly Meeting include the swearing-in of the two Commissioners-elect and updates on projects in progress. The June Meeting agenda(180 KB) and agenda package(1.23 MB) are available.

Both meetings will be held in-person at the Village office (27 Pleasant Street) as well as online. The public is welcome!
