Village Commission Annual Election
Nominations have closed for two available three-year seats on the Village Commission. There were two nominees, so they are therefore elected by acclamation to serve 2024-27 terms.

There will be NO polling days held this year. The two Commissioners will be sworn in at the Wednesday, June 19, 2024 Commission Meeting at 6:00 pm at the Village office.
Annual Public Meeting
A reminder that the APM to recap the 2023/24 fiscal year takes place on Tuesday, June 18th at 6:30 pm t St. Stephen's Community Centre. This will be Chair Nancy Hatch's last meeting before retiring from the Commission.

Request for Proposal: Village Flower Baskets 2024

2024-RFP-01 Flower Baskets(316 KB) : CLOSED
Proposals are requested for the caring of flower baskets for the summer 2024 season. Duties to include pick up, hanging, daily watering, and fertilizing as required, as well as removal after season.
Packages containing the RFP can be obtained during business hours 9am-1pm Monday to Friday from the Village office, or downloaded above.
The deadline for submission - either by physical copy or electronic - is Friday, May 24, 2024 at 12pm (noon) to:

Public Washrooms are OPEN for the 2024 season!

The facility is open May 1st-Nov 11th from 8am-8pm daily, located on the Village waterfront at 10 Parade Square (next to the Lido Pool).
Men’s, women’s, and accessible/family/gender-neutral washrooms are available. The washrooms are cleaned every day; twice during Jul-Aug when the pool is open.
